As the Legal Assistant for Gardner Law, PLLC, Lauren works to ensure each client professional and exceptional service. Originally from Raleigh, she is committed to serving the community and advocating for our country’s most vulnerable populations.
Prior to attending university, Lauren lived abroad in Ecuador and quickly discovered her love for traveling, as well as learning new languages and cultures. Now fluent in Spanish, Lauren graduated from Appalachian State in 2017 with two degrees: Spanish and Global Studies.
In the same year, Lauren went on to serve as an AmeriCorps member in Greensboro, North Carolina at FaithAction International House as a case manager for immigrants and refugees in the community. She has since devoted her work to assisting and advocating for newcomers to the United States in hopes of creating a safer and more inclusive nation for all. Her passion for helping people and working to fight injustice has led her to immigration law.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys hiking with her dog and spending time with family and friends.
